Grandezza Country Club - Estero

Grandezza Country Club - Estero

Membership at the Grandézza Golf Club is outselling other area clubs, and there’s good reason. The 18-hole championship course, described as both beauty and the beast, is as scenic as it is challenging. Rolling fairways lined with woods and dotted with ball catching bunkers offer scene-scapes of lakes and streams. The most difficult hole, #11 a par-5, has an hourglass shape and the only way to play it is to aim for the hips.

Club membership has its rewards including a combination aqua and land driving range, an expansive Pro Shop with the latest equipment and fashions and deluxe men’s and women's locker rooms with relaxing lounges.

Categories of Membership:

Social Membership – All residents of Grandézza will receive a social membership, which includes full use of the Clubhouse facilities; dining, use of the boardroom, multi-media center, meeting/party rooms, living room and swimming pool. A limited number of annual social memberships will be offered to non-residents of Grandézza.

Golf Membership – Golf Memberships are available to residents and non-residents. Golf members are entitled to use the golf, tennis, fitness and clubhouse facilities, and includes all of the Social Membership privileges

Call me for information on membership prices for new buyers and to tour available homes in the community.

Lely Resort - Golf and Country Club

View More Details (click for full website)

A close-to-everything Naples location, three championship golf courses and a cosmopolitan atmosphere amid lush natural surroundings has made Lely Resort one of the most sought after addresses in Naples.

Golf:

Public Courses:

Flamingo Island by Robert Trent Jones, Sr.

One of the game’s most prolific and innovative golf course architects, Robert Trent Jones, Sr. designed Flamingo Island to emphasize the hallmarks of his architectural style.
The course is characterized by extensive sculpting and shaping of the land. He implemented strategic deployment of water as a playing hazard and a scenic complement to the course as well as the use of multiple teeing areas with large, contoured greens. This combination of design elements yields 18 holes of pure Robert Trent Jones, Sr. magic

The Mustang by Lee Trevino:

Lee Trevino’s philosophy of making the game challenging but fair even for average golfers is evident on this masterful championship course.
Designed with a forgiving layout where a player can recover from a bad shot, this course will have you coming back time after time. Twelve lakes decorate the landscape and extensive bunkering is found throughout. However, Trevino designed generous landing areas and fair entries to the greens. At 7,200 yards from the back tees, it is a course that provides varied and spectacular conditions for players of all skill levels.

Private Course:

The Classics by Gary Player

Surrounded by sub-tropical woodlands, this 18-hole championship course features tree-lined fairways and gentle contours. Within a serene natural setting, Gary Player designed this masterpiece as the epitome of a club player’s golf course. It requires planning and strategy backed up by the solid golf skills that characterize a true club player.
His design reflects his philosophy that a series of well-hit shots should provide the golfer with a reasonable opportunity to make par and that a golf course should celebrate the natural environment that encompasses it.
After a challenging round of golf, members and guests can relax and enjoy themselves in one of two spectacular golf Clubhouses at Lely Resort. Luxurious amenities include a formal dining room, member’s bar and grill, men’s and women’s locker rooms with lounges and a complete golf shop.
Members also enjoy a variety of sports and fitness activities with two tennis courts and a complete fitness center with state-of-the-art cardiovascular and weight equipment as well as personal trainers and a massage therapist.

Amenities and Activities:

The Players Club & Spa is part of the total lifestyle package that residents expect from contemporary country clubs. From top-flight fitness centers, a variety of clubs and social activities and elaborate pool amenities, The Players Club & Spa offers this and more.
Offering over 20,000 square feet under air, The Players Club & Spa features a 3,500 square foot fitness center, a 2,500 square foot social room, a 1,200 square foot aerobics room, an arts and crafts room, a card room, a media room, billiards room and a theater room. Outside, in a tropical setting, is a resort-style pool and spa with a cabana area. There are also private cabanas and a beach area around the pool. Adjacent to the pool and beach area is a lap/fitness pool set up for water aerobics. A children’s tot lot and a private yoga garden round out the amenities at the pool. The Players Club also features tennis Pro Shop, which services the seven Har-Tru courts of the tennis complex.
The Players Club & Spa at Lely Resort provides residents a fabulous lifestyle with a separate non-golf clubhouse providing a more casual, tropical atmosphere.

Florida Developments - Sarasota to Naples

Much of SW Florida's housing is in communities.

In South Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs and much of Naples it is the norm to live in a community which is planned by a developer and has amenities ranging from just a community pull to a full fledged Golf County Club.

Here are links to some websites showcasing communties that are still building and have inventory homes available as well as pre-construction. These are direct links to the builders sites and many have floorplans, siteplans, photo galleries and more.

Some of my favorites are Paseo in Fort Myers, Bleu Claire on Longboat Key and Lely Resort in Naples (sister community to Paseo but with Golf).

If you are interested in more info on these or any other community or home just call or email me. You can also request more information thru the individual sites.
